Grote stroomstoring treft Mariaberg minimaal

[Maastricht | 03 mei 2025] De grote stroomstoring die een deel van Maastricht-West zaterdagavond trof had een minimale impact op de wijk Mariaberg. De storing ontstond rond 20:46 uur en was om 23:06 uur alweer opgelost. 67 postcodes kregen te maken met onderbreking in de stroomtoevoer. Daarom classificeerde netbeheerder Enexis de storing als groot. Het zou gaan om minder dan 10.000 huishoudens.

In Mariaberg was de invloed van de storing minimaal. Enkel postcode 6214 AC had last van de onderbreking. Dat zijn adressen op het Koningin Emmaplein aan de zijde van deelbuurt Blauwdorp in de wijk Mariaberg. Het merendeel van de getroffen postcodes bevond zich in de wijk Brusselsepoort.

Large power outage affects Mariaberg at minimum

[Maastricht | May 03, 2025] The large power failure that affected some parts of Maastricht-West on Saturday evening had a minimal impact on the Mariaberg neighborhood. The outage started around 8:46 p.m. and was resolved by 11:06 p.m. 67 zip codes experienced an interruption in the power supply. Therefore, grid operator Enexis classified the outage as major. Less than 10,000 households were affected.

In Mariaberg, the impact of the outage was minimal. Only zip code 6214 AC was affected by the interruption. These are addresses on Koningin Emmaplein on the side of the Blauwdorp sub-district in the Mariaberg neighborhood. Most of the affected zip codes were located in the Brusselsepoort neighborhood.
