Pro-forma zitting moordverdachten Willem Vliegenstraat op maandag 25 maart 2024

[Maastricht | 25 maart 2024] Op 23 december 2023 werd de 34-jarige Shadi Kazerani zwaargewond aangetroffen in haar woning aan de Willem Vliegenstraat in deelbuurt Blauwdorp in de wijk Mariaberg in Maastricht. De twee verdachten zijn de 34-jarige Abdullah H. en de 42-jarige Sanne G. . De verdachten zouden aanwezig zijn geweest tijdens een feestje in de woning van het slachtoffer.  De vrouw overleed in het ziekenhuis van Maastricht aan haar verwondingen. De eerste pro-forma zitting over deze zaak wordt op maandag 25 maart 2024 behandeld door de locatie in Maastricht van Rechtbank Limburg.

[Maastricht | March 25, 2024] On December 23, 2023, 34-year-old Shadi Kazerani was found severely wounded in her home on Willem Vliegenstraat in sub-district Blauwdorp of the Mariaberg neighborhood in Maastricht. The two suspects are 34-year-old Abdullah H. and 42-year-old Sanne G. . The suspects were allegedly present during a party in the victim's home.  The woman died in Maastricht hospital from her injuries. The first preliminary hearing on this case will be heard on Monday, March 25, 2024, at the Maastricht location of Rechtbank Limburg. 

Voorarrest verdachten moord dan wel doodslag Willem Vliegenstraat Maastricht verlengd

[Mariaberg > deelbuurt Blauwdorp | vrijdag 05 januari 2024] Twee verdachten zijn op donderdag 4 januari 2024 voor de raadkamer van de rechtbank Limburg verschenen op verdenking van betrokkenheid bij de moord dan wel doodslag op een 34-jarige vrouw. Zij werd op 23 december 2023 zwaargewond aangetroffen in een woning aan de Willem Vliegenstraat in deelbuurt Blauwdorp in de wijk Mariaberg in Maastricht. Later die dag overleed zij in het ziekenhuis aan haar verwondingen.

De raadkamer heeft bepaald dat het voorarrest van de beide verdachten met 30 dagen wordt verlengd. Het gaat om de 42-jarige Sanne G. en de 34-jarige Abdullah H. Volgens De Limburger verbleef Sanne G. kort voor de moord op een gesloten afdeling van Mondriaan. Naar verluid vanwege psychoses. Haar familie zou gevraagd hebben haar niet naar huis te laten gaan. Bij haar arrestatie zou sprake zou zij naar verluid bebloede kleding hebben gedragen. Ook zou zij de moord op de 34-jarige vrouw bekend hebben. Later trok zij die bekentenis weer in. Abdullah H. ontkent elke betrokkenheid.

Pre-trial detention extended for suspects in murder or manslaughter case on Willem Vliegenstraat

[Mariaberg > sub-district of Blauwdorp | Friday 5 January, 2024] Two suspects appeared before the chamber of the Limburg Court on Thursday, January 4, 2024, suspected of involvement in the murder or manslaughter of a 34-year-old woman. She was found seriously injured on December 23, 2023, in a residence on Willem Vliegenstraat in the Blauwdorp  sub-district of the Mariaberg neighborhood in Maastricht. Later that day, she succumbed to her injuries in the hospital.

The chamber has decided to extend the pre-trial detention of both suspects by 30 days. They are 42-year-old Sanne G. and 34-year-old Abdullah H. According to De Limburger, Sanne G. stayed in a closed ward shortly before the murder. Allegedly because of psychosis. Her family reportedly asked not to let her go home. At the time of her arrest, she reportedly wore bloodstained clothes. She also allegedly confessed to killing the 34-year-old woman. She later retracted that confession. Abdullah H. denies any involvement.

Verder vindt er zaterdag forensisch onderzoek plaats in de woning in de hoop dat dit meer licht werpt op wat er is gebeurd.

Badly injured woman passed away

[Mariaberg > sub-district Blauwdorp | Saturday, December 23, 2023] The woman who was found severely wounded Saturday morning in a house on Willem Vliegenstraat has died of her injuries. Police are investigating the circumstances of the event and are looking for witnesses.

The report that something had happened in the residence in sub-district Blauwdorp in the Maastricht neighborhood of Mariaberg came to the emergency services on Saturday morning around 8:45 a.m. When officers arrived at the residence, they found a seriously injured woman. The woman was resuscitated and taken to the hospital. There she still died from her injuries.

Two suspects were arrested. They were in the residence at the time police entered the scene. Whether they played a role in the woman's death is now being investigated. In addition, forensic examinations will take place Saturday at the residence in the hope that this will shed more light on what happened.
